I think it’s pretty safe to say that we all do it, we all compare ourselves with each other in some way or another. When it comes to our body shape or size most of use will either think we are fat or dream about having that perfect Victoria model bikini body, am I right ladies?
Well about 3 months ago that was my dream and I went for it! I was tired of thinking about doing and I was sick of dreaming..I wanted that bikini body so I went in search to find out how to get a bikini body so I could wear the shit out of a two piece swim suit.

1. Get off to a good start
I know how tricky it is to resist the temptations of a breakfast buffet, but think of it this way – choosing a healthy start to the day will mean one extra treat later on! Admittedly I’ve frequently caved in and gone for a full (veggie) English myself, but I usually end up feeling pretty terrible (as in ill, not guilty) afterwards, and no one needs that with a full day of sightseeing planned! Greek yoghurt and fruit (preferably fresh berries) is a good option.

Just received two messages from people asking if I know of a Bikini Body Workouts coupon code. I paid full price which was only $29.95 but because I love my readers so much I done some digging around to see if I could find a coupon or discount of some sort.
After searching high and low none of the coupon codes on websites and blogs I searched via google, bing or yahoo actually worked? This website here http://www.ilikediscounts.com/bikini-body-workouts-coupon-code/ claims to have a $10 off coupon.(but may have expired).
So…I emailed Jen Ferruggia using her contact us page and she replied at this stage there is no running promo. They do give out coupon codes when they run a promotion BUT because the price is already at a heavily discounted price they do not have a working coupon code at the moment.
Sorry ladies, looks like $29.95 is the final price….
